| I discovered first thing in the morning I had a wire stuck in my tire. I called BA when they opened and they were able to fit me in over my lunch for a tire patch job. It only took 15 minutes and they were so nice. It was so convenient to be able to be seen that day and get in and out! I trust BA with my vehicle and larger work they are able to do. They are very transparent and take the time to explain what?s going on. Their prices are very reasonable and the shop is clean and well maintained. I always have wonderful service here! Thank you! |

| When performing the oil and oil filer change, the technician noticed a small nail in one of my rear tires. He removed the nail and said that the tire should be fine. I'm glad that this was discovered. Otherwise, I may have had a flat tire in the not-to-distant future. |

| Had a slow leak in my tire and received an immediate appointment to have it looked at and repaired. Thanks to that excellent customer service I did not have to call AAA to change to a spare in order for my tire to be fixed. Thanks once again Bluemound Automotive! |
